Non-Instructional Open Studio

Service Description

Open Studio is available to our Studio Members only. When you book a session, you will have access to all of our equipment, tools and torches. This is a non-instructional session and you should be able to work independently and have taken our Beginner 101 and/or 102 classes. If you need a guided open studio session you can book Bench Time with Melissa. Note: You must provide your own solder and consumables. If you forget your solder or don't have any there is a $5 fee to use the studio solder, LOS or other patina options. Due to limited space, if you miss a booked session you will forfeit your payment unless you call the studio to reschedule. Please be prompt, the session does not carry over if you are late. Members: $35/ 3-hour session *Due to limited space, bench seats can only be held by booking online or in-person at the studio.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: • Students are not considered registered for a class/workshop until CJS receives full payment of tuition. Space is limited to 10 bench seats and therefore NO REFUNDS will be given for any workshop, payment or deposit, once a bench seat is booked. We understand that life happens. In the event that you have to cancel your attendance at one of our workshops or classes, we will hold your workshop fee for six months, to be applied to another workshop or class of your choice. If you do not show for a workshop, class or event and do not reach out to us, you will forfeit your payment. • Refunds are only given in the case that CJS must cancel a class/workshop. In the event that a class does not meet the required number of students, CJS reserves the right to cancel the Convenience Fee: A 2.9% convenience fee is added to all online transactions.
