Service Description

Create this one-of-a-kind pendant as you form and manipulate your silver clay in a unique channel that holds a river of tiny glass cabochons. You will learn how to create a bail that is part of the design, make tiny embellishments, and how to meticulously put it all together. Along the way, Stephanie will share her many tips and tricks for working with metal clay. Skill Level: Adventurous Beginner (some clay experience helpful) Metal clay tools students will need to bring include: Metal clay roller, non-stick work surface, needle tool or awl, play cards or depth measuring slats, glazed ceramic tile, Xacto knife, water mister, release agent, tweezers, sanding papers. Kit Fee: $20 to be paid directly to the instructor before class. Kit Includes: container of small glass cabs, written instructions and other consumable supplies used during class. Students MUST provide 15 grams of low-fire fine silver clay. Cancellation Policy

A 3.2% convenience fee is added to all online transactions. To avoid this fee you can pay by check or cash. Email us at charmtree@verizon.net or call us at 443-249-3338 for more info. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Students are not considered registered for a class/workshop until CJS receives full payment of tuition. Space is limited to 9 bench seats and therefore NO REFUNDS will be given for any workshop, payment or deposit, once a bench seat is booked. We understand that life happens. In the event that you have to cancel your attendance at one of our workshops or classes, we will hold your workshop fee for six months, to be applied to another workshop or class of your choice. If you do not show for a workshop, class or event and do not reach out to us, you will forfeit your payment. • Refunds are only given in the case that CJS must cancel a class/workshop. In the event that a class does not meet the required number of students, CJS reserves the right to cancel the class/workshop up to 3 business days before the class/workshop. Students will be refunded the amount of their tuition, or if you prefer, CJS will hold the tuition as credit for a period of six months from the date of cancellation. Students will be notified of cancellations by phone or email. • Students missing or dropping a class/workshop will not receive a refund, credits or make-up dates unless specified by the instructor. • A fee of $30 will be charged for each returned check.
