Space is limited to 10 bench seats; therefore, no refunds will be given for any standard workshop, payment, or deposit once a bench seat is booked. We understand that life happens. If you must cancel your attendance at a standard workshop or class, we will hold your fee for three months to be applied to another workshop or class of your choice (guest instructor classes excluded) If you do not show up for a workshop, class, or event and fail to contact us at least 7 days before the start date, you will forfeit your payment and no credit will be applied.
• Guest Instructor Workshops: Please note that no refunds, credits, or fee transfers will be issued for cancellations of any workshop featuring a guest instructor. Because these are special events with fixed guest accommodations, all bookings for guest instructor workshops are completely final.
• Cancellations by CJS: Refunds are only given in the case that CJS must cancel a class/workshop. If a class does not meet the minimum required number of students, CJS reserves the right to cancel the session up to 3 business days before the start date. In this scenario, students will receive a full tuition refund, or, if preferred, CJS will hold the tuition as credit for up to 3 months from the date of cancellation. Students will be notified of cancellations by phone or email.
• Missed Classes: Students missing or dropping a class/workshop will not receive a refund, credits, or make-up dates unless explicitly specified by the instructor.
• Returned Checks: A fee of $30 will be charged for each returned check.
