Shipping Info
Your order is shipped within 2 business days of the date it's placed.
Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot provide a Saturday delivery option.
Delivery time will depend on your location, your shipping choice, and the weight and size of your order. Due to order volume and backlog shipping may take an additional 24 to 48 hours. We will send tracking information as soon as it is available.

RETURNS:
*Tool orders are shipped directly from EuroTool. If there is a problem with an item in your order, please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your item and we will help you make arrangements with Eurotool.

We cannot reimburse shipping and/or handling fees. If there something wrong with an item in your order it will be replaced and a return label sent.

*Jewelry sales are final unless you receive your item damaged. You must contact us upon receipt and we must receive the item back within 7 business days. Contact us to either by email: charmtree@verizon.net and in the subject line type RETURN REQUEST or by calling us at 443-249-3338.
You will be responsible for the return shipping on jewelry items and we must receive your return within 7 business days, to issue a full refund. The item must be in it's original condition.
